For as long as he can remember, Craig McLamb has
always wanted to build. With his father being a
successful builder, he found even at an early age that
he had developed a strong sense of gratification and accomplishment in creating something from nothing. From clubhouses and tree houses to an obstacle course and even an 18 hole putt-putt golf course in the wooded land behind his parents house, Craig was exposed to construction at an early age in life. When Craig was a teenager, he actually began to help his father build homes. The construction aspect became a part of who he is now and he slowly gained the experience needed to start his own company.
In 1994, Craig built his first home and in 1996, W. Chase Homes became incorporated. Over the past 11 years, W. Chase Homes has built over 165 homes in the Triangle area.
W. Chase Homes is unique because the company is small enough to ensure the customers needs are met down to the finest detail, but big enough to offer competitive prices. We offer many extra features such as trey ceilings, decorative columns, decorator colors and much more. We believe that attention to detail and a keen sense for what our customers are looking for is a great asset to our business.
W. Chase Homes believes that for any organization to move forward through good and trying times, those individuals within, from top to the bottom, must assume 100% responsibility for the work that goes on around them. Craig's philosophy is "if a situation can be improved, then get it done." Craig has made sure that this concept has filtered down through every aspect of his company. In turn, this keeps everything moving forward and focused in a positive direction.
Craig believes his biggest asset is his close family. From the understanding of his wife of 15 years to the teaching of his mother and father, he has inherited a sense of fair play and seeing the good in everything and everyone. This translates into the assurance that every customer finishes the process happier than when they started. And judging from his customer's feedback, he is right! |
